At our agency, we don’t just sell insurance, we help families protect what matters most. As a Life & Health Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through important financial decisions, while building a career with real income potential and long-term growth.
This is a sales-focused role with strong earning potential for someone who is competitive, driven, and motivated to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- Educate clients on Life & Health insurance solutions tailored to their goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with the agent to hit and exceed sales goals
- Consistently follow up and close opportunities to drive revenue
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
- Proven sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to confidently present and recommend solutions
- Life & Health License (required)
- FINRA licensing is a plus

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
