As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark Leal - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to attain Property/Casualty and Life/Health Licenses
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer's needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in computer functions
- Self-motivated and willingness to go above and beyond to provide quality care to our customers
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
